OCCUPATIONAL, SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
– Certificate/Diploma in Safety, Health and Environmental or relevant disciplines. Minimum 2 years working experience in safety supervision and implementation, preferably in education safety industry.
– Possesses good knowledge of Health & Safety legislations and local regulations.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
– This position is responsible for all Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental functions to ensure that the company meets statutory regulations in regard to all Quality systems, health, safety & environmental matters.

– Work closely with the local statutory bodies (DOSH, NIOSH, Ministry of Health Department, BOMBA etc.) to ensure compliance and update of OSH related issues.
– Exercise responsibility under the Occupational Safety, Health and Welfare Policies including accident reporting and investigation, responding to all safety and health matters raised by employees and tenants, as well as developing safe working procedures.
– Ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s Policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Safety and Health.
– Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with policies and the procedures regarding guest contact and safety.

CORPORATE & MARKETING MANAGER
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
– Degree or Master Holder in the related field with 3-5 years of corporate industry experience.

– A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
– Diploma holder in Mass Communication/ Business Management with 2 years experience in the marketing industry. However, SPM holders with 4-6 years of communication sales experience are encouraged to apply.
– Strong organizational and time management skills are critical รณ must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.
– Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
– Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English (both written and oral).
