STEAM ENGINEER
Job IN KAMUNTING, PERAK

Responsibilities:
– Report directly to Maintenance Manager.
– Supervise and manage the operation of steam boilers in the company.
– Operate and maintain the steam boilers according to standard operation procedure (SOP) and JKKP Standard.
– Manage the inventory & supply of bio-mass fuel and fuel oil for the boilers accordingly.
– Monitor and ensure the boilers’ daily operation log is updated promptly and accurately.
– Maintenance of boilers and, associated equipment according to PM program.
– Housekeeping of boiler house and its surrounding area as to 5S requirement.
– Trouble-shoot as required to minimize downtime.
– Work in shifts according to roster scheduled by Superior.

– Respond to call-back after working hours.

CIVIL / PAINTING / ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT
Responsibilities:
– Establish Project Inspection Test Plan.
– To be assigned to shop or site for any project inspection and testing requirements.
– Identifies and provide solutions to Project Non-compliance Report (NCR).
– To ensure compliance to Client project QA/QC requirement.
– Prepare Project Quality documents (ITP, PROCEDURES, and WPS/PQR).
– Understand Codes and Standard used for project execution.
– Liaise with inspection parties (Client inspector/3rd party/DOSH)
– Liaise with client and sub-contractors on any major issued.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess a minimum Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
– A minimum of 7 years of working experience in Construction QA/QC preferably in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
– Familiar with international codes and standards (i.e. ASME, API, AMST, etc.)
– Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
– For Painting Inspector, added advantage if possess certification from NACE, TWI/BGAS.
– Able to interpret construction drawing and plan & complete inspection task on time.
– Able to upkeep proper documentation storage & retrieve.

PAINTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
– Work planning and work execution.
– Progress monitoring, reporting and supervising of daily site construction activities.

Requirements:

Requirements:
