Responsibilities:
– To perform credit risk assessment and work within the credit policies and guidelines of the company
– Monitor, reduce long overdue debts through solving of issues/disputes/complaints by working with other divisions and proposing solutions to management/customer.
– Prepare day sales outstanding report and dispute list and liaise with sales and marketing department.
