Education and Experience:

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS) OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Execute and implement the corporate/global OSH & Environmental programs and policies.
- Enforce a safe work environment and control accidental losses in the plant through safety management to prevent fatality, disabling injuries and property damage to achieve world class safety.
- Develop occupational health and environmental programs to meet corporate health and environmental policy and local legislations and to improve employees’ well-being.
- Drive an effective objectives setting process and evaluate the effectiveness of the facility EHS Management System
- Ensure the facility/work area operates in full compliance with local EHS legislation and codes.
- Ensure EHS aspects and hazards are appropriately identified and managed to acceptable levels of risk.
- Report, investigate and address promptly the substandard acts and conditions in the plant.
- Provide leadership in the promotion of work safety culture and the implementation/auditing of all safety systems/measures to ensure a safe work environment in the plant.
- Ensure the implementation of all safety practices fulfill both Corporate and Regulatory Safety practice requirements.
- Act as the secretary of the Safety & Health Committee and to assist in organizing and implementing safety and health programs at the workplace.
- Monitor accident/incident investigation processes to ensure all incidents are reported and investigated promptly whereby causes are determined with implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
- Preferably tertiary qualification in Engineering/Environmental Science.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a Certificate in Safety & Health Officer issued by NIOSH and registered with DOSH.
- Well versed in the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA).
- A team player with a strong sense of urgency and able to interface with all level of employees.
- Possess good inter-personal and persuasive skills and computer literate.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage and supervise activities of electrician being assigned to support the plant in relations to electrical tasks or assignments.
- To ensure the implementation of electrical maintenance works for all the production related machineries.
- To provide technical support and to conduct troubleshooting of electrical machineries problem in a fast and efficient manner.
- To report and formulate measures on improving energy consumption on electricity and gas usage to achieve cost transformation program.
- To exercise cost control on electrical parts consumption in achieving cost transformation program.
- To assist and follow up on scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance program in ensuring effective maintenance of critical equipment.
- To coordinate and implement effective cash conversion cycle program for store room MRO inventory parts and review stock level for plant working capital initiative.
- To ensure efficiency of repair, inspection and utilization of materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in personal care/FMCG industry.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- To execute quality assurance plans and measures in ensuring quality performance and targets in meeting products quality specification and exceed customers’ quality expectation.
- To partner with the mill team in maintaining and improving the ISO systems and to comply with the corporate Quality Management System (QMS).
- To perform internal and external quality systems and products audits from time to time in ensuring both the quality systems and products meet all the prescribed standards and parameters.
- To provide quality assurance technical support and training to the operations team in meeting the business objectives and all the required regulatory standards.
- To develop and build talent capability of asset team members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Science related discipline.

- To troubleshoot and provide technical expertise related to operation and instrumentation controls system failure.
- To ensure reliability of the operation control system to support the mill operation and minimize downtime.

- To plan and execute in-house training programs related to control system, drives and instrumentation for technicians.
- To ensure that all the electrical, control and instrumentation engineering drawing and documentation related to machines are well kept and updated.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation & Controls/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in a heavy industry environment.
- Sound technical knowledge in operations and instrumentation control systems.
