1. PROJECT MANAGER
THE JOB:
- To be part of the SIPSB team to carry out Project Management of the project.
- To draw up the Project Management procedures for approval for the remaining period of the project through occupation.
- To coordinate, monitor and prepare reports as necessary especially on project quality, progress and cost control.
- On contract basis for 3 to 4 years.
REQUIREMENTS:
i. Possess recognized tertiary degree in Engineering and/or Project Management services.
ii. Have at least 20 years experience with at least 5 years each on port engineering and project management services.
iii. Ability to write well, prepare good reports and have good interpersonal skill to deal with various parties.

2. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER TECHNICAL & SCHEDULING
THE JOB:
- To assist the project manager, especially in the project scheduling programming and monitoring aspects. Hand-on knowledge and usage of Prima Vera project management software or equivalent would be an advantage.
- On contract basis for 3 to 4 years.
REQUIREMENTS:
i. Possess a degree in Engineering and/or Construction /Project Management.
ii. At least 10 years experience in the construction industry with at least 3 years in project management.
iii. At least 2 years in preparing and monitoring project scheduling for major projects.

Requirements
- Degree in Chemical/environmental/mechanical engineering or similar discipline
- Exposure to Industrial experience during internship would be an added advantage
- Excellent communications and organization skills – fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Local dialect in Fu Chow preferable).
- Able to utilize company 4WD vehicle
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Results oriented
- Team player but can work independently
- Will be based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
- Willing to travel intensively to palm oil mills, other heavy & light industrial area within Sibu, Bintulu & Miri.

- Possess recognized LLB (Hons) Degree.

- At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field.
- Has successfully completed Safety and Health Officer Competency Certificate from NIOSH.
- Familiar and experienced in managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems will be an added advantage.
- Able to provide detailed audit reports with relevant required preventive and corrective measures.

Manager – Mechanical & Electrical.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics & Electrical or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Maintenance or building servicing or equivalent.
- Experienced in water sector company.

Assistant Manager – Information & Communication Technology
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience working through the design, development, release cycle and delivering software and at least 3 years experience in XML, DHMTL, PHP and other Open Source programming.
- Understanding of relational database (MSSQL, MySQL).
- Required skills: PHP, Javascript, AJAX, MySQL, JSON, JQUERY, Linux.
