EXECUTIVE CHEF
- Accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations.
- Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
- Works continuously to improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
- Constantly innovate in all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent high quality of products is produced.
- Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
- Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation areas and all support areas.
- Must be skilled in western cuisine.

SOUS CHEF

- Develops and trains team to improve results while maintaining standards.
- Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.

SPA MANAGER
- Accountable for the overall success of the spa operations.
- Exhibits spa therapy skills by personally performing tasks while leading a team of therapist.
- Works continuously to develop and refresh spa treatments.
- Responsible for guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the spa.

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
- Responsible for all front office functions and staff.
- Areas of responsibility include Bell Staff, Guest Services / Front Office, Reservations and Rooming.
- As department head, directs and works with associates to successfully execute all front office operations including guest arrival and departure procedures.
- Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
