QC INSPECTORS
CIVIL / PAINTING / ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT
Responsibilities:
– Establish Project Inspection Test Plan.
– To be assigned to shop or site for any project inspection and testing requirements.
– Identifies and provide solutions to Project Non-compliance Report (NCR).
– To ensure compliance to Client project QA/QC requirement.
– Prepare Project Quality documents (ITP, PROCEDURES, and WPS/PQR).
– Understand Codes and Standard used for project execution.
– Liaise with inspection parties (Client inspector/3rd party/DOSH)
– Liaise with client and sub-contractors on any major issued.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess a minimum Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
– A minimum of 7 years of working experience in Construction QA/QC preferably in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
– Familiar with international codes and standards (i.e. ASME, API, AMST, etc.)
– Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
– For Painting Inspector, added advantage if possess certification from NACE, TWI/BGAS.
– Able to interpret construction drawing and plan & complete inspection task on time.
– Able to upkeep proper documentation storage & retrieve.

PAINTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
– Work planning and work execution.
– Progress monitoring, reporting and supervising of daily site construction activities.
– Daily coordination with client and subcontractor.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess a Certificate or equivalent.
– A minimum of 7 years of working experience in Construction site preferably in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
– Familiar with the requirement of the industry.

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule all the maintenance activities who carry out the repair and maintain all the equipment within the section responsibility.
– Supervise, coordinate and ensure all the preventive/predictive maintenance jobs are completed.
– Supervise all the Shutdown tasks and ensure completion within schedule.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess a Certificate or equivalent.
– A minimum of 7 years of working experience in Construction site preferably in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
– Able to use tools and test equipments to perform inspection and trouble shooting of equipment.
