Legal Counsel – Geomarket
The Geomarket Legal Counsel is an integral part ofthe Geomarket Management Team who, under the supervision of the Area General Counsel and General Manager of Geomarket operations, will take up the role of trusted advisor and be responsible for legal support for Geomarket. Essential responsibilities include work together with APG Management team and provide legal support and advise on
- Legal and regulatory issues;
- Legal and commercial issues that may arise in Client Contracts and Supply Chain Contracts including if necessary supporting face-to-face negotiations with clients;
