We are seeking for highly motivated, dynamic, qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Palm Oil Mill Project Manager/ Mill Controller in Papua New Guinea.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and supervise mill plans and strategies, including budgets for capital expansion of operations, mill expansion, major expenditures for facilities and equipment.
– Directly manage all phases of mill expansion and to liaise with consultants, suppliers, contractors and related parties during the construction of palm oil mill and ensure strictly that works are carried out on time and according to specifications.
– Evaluate the manufacturing and assembly of products in the plant and
assume responsibility for product performance, cost and delivery.
– To plan, organize, implement and control mill’s operation.
– Plan, coordinate and monitor mill maintenance to make certain that all equipment is functioning properly.
– To carry out regular inspections and prepare periodical reports for
submission as required by statutory authorities for mill’s operation.
– To attend to technical matter on site and be proactive in problem solving.

Requirements:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical / Electrical / Industrial or other related engineering fields.
– Possess 1st or 2nd Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency issued by JKKP.
– Minimum 10 years working experience as Project Management or Palm Oil Mill Manager.
