1) Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician
What you will be doing:
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical (including power generation and distribution systems), instrumentation, electronic controls and shutdown systems on EMEPMI’s offshore platforms.
What you should have:
Minimum – a Diploma or equivalent in Electrical & Electronics/ Automation & Controls Engineering with at least 3 – 5 years of field / maintenance related experience.
What we are looking for:
– Experience in Process Control, Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic Control (PLC);
– Experience in electrical work installation and troubleshooting works and certified by the local electrical profession board such as Electrical Chargemen AO or higher.

2) Mechanical Technician
What you will be doing:
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment including major turbines and reciprocating engines, valves, pumps, compressors, industrial gas/diesel engines and associated high pressure equipment on EMEPMI’s offshore platforms.
What you should have:
Minimum – a Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 – 5 years of field / maintenance related experience.
What we are looking for:
– Experience in maintenance, repair or overhaul of air compressors, pumps, diesel engines or other mechanical equipment;
– Experience in precision tools measurement and alignment between driver to driven equipment and carry out maintenance of mechanical
equipment.

3) Production Technician
What you will be doing:
Operate oil and gas production / process facilities including turbo machinery, water injection, gas conditioning and gas lift systems on EMEPMI’s offshore platforms.
What you should have:
Minimum – a Diploma or equivalent in Production Engineering / Automation & Controls Engineering with at least 3 – 5 years field / operation related experience.
What we are looking for:
– Experience in the upstream oil and gas production system and distributed control systems.

For all the above positions, candidates must meet the following pre-requisites:
– Possess good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Obtained a credit in English Language at SPM level or its equivalent / MUET Band 3.
– Physically-fit and with no colour vision deficiency.
– Good interpersonal skill and able to work in teams.
– Willing and passionate to work in the offshore oil and gas platforms.

Principal Accountabilities:

Principal Accountabilities:

Qualification and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree, in an engineering / science discipline.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Responsible for routine well and reservoir surveillance, problem well diagnostics and repair.
– Ensure Production Data Management System (PDMS) is fully functional, both for the daily reporting and engineering analysis software.
– Responsible for well and field production performance, production allocation, database management, maintenance of choke models, developing and maintaining Material Balance, Nodal Analysis and surface Network Models (Prosper-GAP- MBal).
– Close liaison with facilities and reservoir engineers. Liaise with Well Services intervention Supervisor for well servicing operations and maintenance of platform infrastructure.
– Work with Cross-functional team to define and update the field completion strategy.
– Assist in the development and implementation of the flow assurance techniques and programs.
– Quarterly field/Site visits for sharing production and reservoir surveillance strategy.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering.
– Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role.
– Familiar with issues relating to drilling, production and work over of offshore wells.
– Familiar with reservoir, completions and construction engineering.

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Principal Accountabilities:
– Provide technical input with the details design, engineering and specifications of Piping & Static Mechanical Equipment used on the onshore / offshore process facilities.
– Review design, vendor and procurement data with focus on constructability, delivery, schedule, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
– Minimum 10 to 15 working experience in oil & gas related Engineering and Design.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Support Senior Engineers, Project Engineer, Facilities Engineer and Project Manager.
– Responsible to expedite all mechanical works as assigned.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
– Minimum 5 to 10 year experience in Engineering or Construction organization in the oil & gas industry.

CONSTRUCTION CSR
Principal Accountabilities:
– Assigned as Construction CSR under Site Construction Team during the execution of the projects such as jacket and topsides fabrication, under the guidance of the Project Manager and Project Engineers.
– Provides construction engineering support to the Onshore and Offshore team under the guidance of the Onshore Fabrication Lead.
Qualification and Experience:
– Qualified Mechanical, Structural or Civil Engineer with at least 15 years working experience in project management, OR a minimum of 15 years of solid construction experience in the oil & gas industry.
– Have the ability to organize and direct construction management activities with minimal supervision.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT TOPSIDES
Principal Accountabilities:
– Assigned as Construction Superintendent Topsides in the Site Construction Team during the execution of the projects such as topsides fabrication and onshore plant construction.

Qualification and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

SENIOR AREA ENGINEER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Responsible to provide support to Development Management Team with the Partner interface and general management matters in shallow water blocks.
– Monitor and report status and overview on all field development planning and project developments progress and issues at hand, through a matrix of disciplines in the field development planning team, project management teams, engineering, construction, installation, hook-up and commissioning, technical integrity, project controls, and other supporting departments.
Qualification and Experience:
– B.Sc. in Engineering, or relevant Degree / Diploma with recognized experience in oil & gas.
– Minimum 7 years of working experience in oil and gas industry or in similar role in other industries, with relevant project management, services or interface experience.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERS
Principal Accountabilities:
– Involved in implementation of new oil & gas development drilling / development projects.
– Liaising and interfacing with Engineering & Fabrication Contractors from Conceptual / FEED and Detailed engineering to provide inputs for the preparation of required submissions such as EIA, ADP, Milestone Reviews, FDP, and FIR for new oil & gas developments.
Qualification and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering Degree.
– Minimum 10 to 12 years working experience, preferably registered Professional Engineer.

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Involved in implementation of new oil & gas development drilling / development opportunities and other new integrated oil & gas development plans.
– Cooperate with the Exploration, Subsurface, Surface, Projects and Drilling groups; coordinate the preparation of required submissions such as ADP, Milestone Reviews, FDP, and FIR for new oil & gas developments.
Qualification and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum or similar Engineering Degree.
– Minimum of 10 to 12 years industry experience with proven track record in planning, appraisal / development drilling, reservoir or field development, projects management and execution, producing field management.

SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
Principal Accountabilities:
– Provide technical input with the details design, engineering and specifications of Structural Facilities used on the onshore facility and offshore platforms.
– Able to organize, supervise, co-ordinate and control contractor design team in order to ascertain that the Offshore Platforms are designed and built in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, cost and schedule, utilizing good and safe industry practices.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent with extensive experience.

Chemist
Responsibilities:
– Manage overall Analytical Laboratory and Stability Management Program. Ensure the quality system and procedures are well defined, planned, documented and ensure execution in the manner compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Health and Environmental Corporate Quality Systems and local regulatory requirements
– Ensure implementation and continuously review of the quality system to maintain required quality standards. Assures reliability of analytical results and evaluates accuracy and precision of the analytical results. Plan, implement and review analytical method performance to ensure the lab capability is meeting the expectation
– Ensure any non-conformance and out of specification found are properly documented, communicated, investigated and follow through implementation in timely manner
– Review and approve all COAs against its specification and procedure before product released and ensure standard reference used for quality control testing are managed to ensure usability as per the shelf life
– Part of the assessment team for internal audit in the plant and external laboratories particularly on analytical aspect and ensuring them complying to company’s GMP and GLP requirements
– Provide monthly tracking data on laboratory performance, includes number of testing and other parameters
– Support new product launch, improvement project and the process on method transfer
– Plan and control cost following prescribed guideline and continuously seeks opportunities on cost savings without impacting quality of analysis
Requirements:
– Degree in Chemistry or equivalent discipline with minimum 5 ó 7 years working experience in the related field
– Strong GMP knowledge, good process excellence /situational analytical skill is an advantage
– Strong leadership and good talent development skill to lead a team
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
