Requirements :
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
– Proven record in managing a service team of more than 10 service engineers.
– 5 – 8 years of working experience in Technical Service environment.
– Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to converse effortlessly in the major languages in Malaysia is an added advantage.
– Good communication skills and IT literate.
– Good leadership / supervisory skills.

Requirements :
