ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
– Responsible for the sales & marketing department, to plan and implement effective sales program for various market, develop sales team and deliver measurable success in executing sales programs for delivery of hotel targeted budget.
– Responsible for all aspects of negotiation, contracting and servicing of all assigned accounts in specified territories both local and international.
– To achieve hotel revenue, room nights goals in the whole sales and corporate market segments as laid down in the marketing plan.
– Minimum 4 years working experience in similar capacity with proven track record in hotel industry.
– Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
– Team player with good initiative and leadership skills.
– Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER / MAINTENANCE OFFICER
– Responsible for the overall operation, maintenance and repair on hotel equipment.
– To provide desired comfort level to guest and reliable sources of utilities for proper hotel operation.
– To ensure smooth operation in Engineering Department.
– Inspect and evaluates the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required.
– Minimum 4 years working experience in similar capacity.
– Chargeman certificate will be an added advantage.

SALES MANAGER
– To develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, secure new and potential accounts and generate new sales revenue.
– Assist with proposal preparation, cost analysis and cost calculations.
– To solicit sales and promotional opportunities in order to meet the hotel overall business plan.
– Implement the agreed tactical sales plans focusing on market niche and segments identified in the marketing plan.
– At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity and relevant industry.
– Can work with tight deadlines and meet aggressive sales objective.

ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER / EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
– Supervise all housekeeping employees, audit and inspects personal work assignment and requisition supplies.
– Manage department monthly budget and prepare monthly department expenditure cost, checking monthly inventories for linen, equipment, chemical, guest supplies and cleaning supplies.
– At least 3 years working experience in the Housekeeping department in the similar capacity.
– Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
