SENIOR ARCHITECT

The Job Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Executive Project Manager, you will develop creative and architectural concept designs and detail designs with innovative selection of appropriate materials, translate the arc hitectural and master planning component of the client brief into design consultant briefs and prepare the schematic/preliminary CAD drawings to create design outputs that meet the requirements of the client brief.
– Assist the Project Manager in preparing Professional Services Consultancy agreements

– Review the preparation and implementation of the project architectural design schedule

The Job Responsibilities :
