We now seek dynamic and results-oriented individuals to apply for the following positions to be based at our underground works package of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit project.

– Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
– Minimum 10 – 15 years relevant experience preferably exposed to design and build infrastructure projects with a contractor
– Sound knowledge of costing, budgeting, procurement and variations

– At least 10 years experience in the design/ construction and management of geotechnical related works.
– Preference will be given to candidates with a strong
background in the design of deep excavation and related temporary works that are construction friendly.

– At least 5 years experience in the design of deep excavation and related temporary works.
– Candidate should have a good working knowledge with commercial geotechnical software (Plaxis and similar programs).

– 5 – 8 years experience in E&M design or E&M coordination or interface management or system integration plus knowledge in software quality management and/or Electro-Magnetic Compatibility management
– Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services /
Electronic / Computer or System Engineering

– Degree in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 6 years experience in Design, including steelwork and Temporary Works
– Experience in underground / retained excavation with contractor preferred

– Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services
– Minimum 5 years design experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Building Services of Railway,Transport Hub or Large Scale Projects

– Degree / Diploma holders
– HR generalist
– 2 – 5 years working experience
– Must be willing to be posted to project sites.

– Preparation of BoQ according to Standard Method of Measurement (SMM2, CESMM etc.)
– Preparation of Tender Documents & Tender calling
– Tender evaluation (Commercial bid)
– Evaluation of contractor’s claims & preparation of Interim Progressive Claim
– Preparation of main contractor’s claims &VO claims
– Budget preparation & monitoring
– Cost estimation.

– Possess 33kv Chargeman qualification
– Minimum 3 years experience in Temporary Works in the construction industry
– Familiar with Local Rules and Regulation on Power Supply and Distribution, LV Genset

– Minimum 5 years working experience in programming & planning for building / Metro architectural and E&M works
– Familiar with Primavera V6 and Microsoft Project
– Minimum Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.

– Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in programming and reporting
– Familiar with Primavera V6 and Microsoft Project
– Minimum Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
