– To work with the Board of Governors and all key stakeholders and set the strategic direction for the University College,
– To provide the resonant leadership for the academic management of the University,
– To be responsible and accountable for the Corporate Governance of the University College and ensure total compliance with the regulations and requirements,
– To lead the continuing development of the University College’s core teaching and learning, planning and quality assurance activities,
– To chart the growth of the University College’s academic excellence, student experiences and employability in a profitable and sustainable way,
– To lead and support the Deputy Chief Executive / Deputy President, Deans and Directors and in implementing the University College’s goals and strategic priorities,
– To work closely with affiliated colleges to ensure successful implementation of plans and in accordance with requirements,
– To lead the management team and staff to ensure the University College operations is efficient and effective.
