The Job
– Routine online monitoring and tracking on the performance of Electricity Meters
– Attend to consumers’ enquiries
– Processing applications for the supply of electricity, meter installations and replacements
– Download meter readings for the generation of monthly billing
– Trouble shooting electrical/mechanical problems
– Site inspections and audit before connecting supply of electricity, according to Electricity Supply Act 1990
– Generate monthly reports on energy losses and consumer usage to the Energy Commission
– Regular maintenance of electrical gears and connections.

The Person
– Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Chargeman Certificate
– Preferably, with 3 years experience in maintenance
– Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Computer literate in Microsoft Office
