1. PARTNERS

The Job :

The Firm seeks candidacy of lateral partners, to facilitate expansion of its existing line of legal practices which include mergers & acquisitions, financial services & Islamic banking, foreign investment, energy (oil & gas), capital & debt markets, project & utilities, real estate, venture capital, intellectual property and general corporate.

Job Requirements:

2. SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING & COMMUNICATION

The Job :

The position requires the candidate to develop, lead and deliver the marketing and client relationship strategies, plans and programs for the Firm. In performing these roles, he/she will:
- Develop linkages with advertisers, media, publishers and strategic partners
- Perform market intelligence collection, analysis and research
- Develop understanding of customer behaviors, needs, preferences and attitudes and translating it into actions to support sales effectiveness and marketing programs
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve overall revenue targets and objectives
- Taking responsibility over brand development programs
- Educate press, bloggers, analyst and influencers about Firm’s services and initiatives
- Copy writing & reviewing marketing collaterals and press releases

Job Requirements:

- Possesses master degree or MBA with concentration in marketing, mass communications, public relations or related disciplines
- Proactive, creative and be able to work independently and under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns and projects
- Have extensive experience working with senior level management
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

3. SENIOR ANALYST, BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

The Job :

The candidate is responsible to develop, implement and monitor performance targets for the Firm. In performing these roles, he/she will:
- Establish appropriate short-term and long-term performance targets for the Firm
- Work closely with respective divisional head in dissecting and cascading down the Firm performance targets
- Extract internal and relevant market data for periodic variance analysis and reporting
- Provide up-to-date and timely report of performance analysis and indicators
- Advise Management and divisional heads on the desired improvement of targeted performance

Job Requirements:

- An MBA holder with 1st degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Strong drive for results with ability to work under own initiative, with minimum guidance and under pressure
- Good business acumen, well versed with business operation intricacy and forward thinking
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for details to facts
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with experience in working across multiple functionality
- Computer literate
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
