Responsibilities
– Overseeing the day to day sales efforts of the Sales Department and implementation of the management system, training programs and sales activity plans set forth in the Hotel’s marketing plan to achieve the budgeted revenue.
– Establish network with corporate clients and maintain good relations with existing accounts and prospective accounts in order to solicit for new business for the Hotel. (Corporate / MICE / Government / Wholesale )
– Identify collateral markets, evaluate potential and bring about inclusion in the Revenue Generating Plan, when strong potential is seen.
– Analysis of strengths and weaknesses of our competitors to maximize success;
– Help identify accounts with maximum profitability for intense solicitation as well as others in the same industry with similar potential.
– Will be based in Kuala Lumpur Sales Office.

Requirements
– Minimum 8 year(s) of working experience in Four or Five Star International Hotels with the proven strong markets contacts and show an innovative and creative Sales and Marketing strategy.
– Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalent.
– Excellent leadership skills and team player.
– Excellent communication skill and fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER
He/She must have a strong personality to assist the GM in the overall hotel operations and an experience in Food & Beverage management in a 4 or 5 Star deluxe environment is essential. Requirements:
– Ideally the incumbent must be below 50 years old and have a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position.
