In line with our rapid business plans, we are seeking highly motivated and caliber individuals to join our team to fill the following position based at Jalan University, Petaling Jaya:-
– Responsible for the daily showroom operations in terms of customer and sales management.
– Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificate/ Diploma
– Good communication skills
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
– Possess own transport
– Basic Salary+Commissions.
– Handle daily secretarial tasks which are in support of the Director
– Respond to correspondences; attend to telephone calls & etc.
– Maintain a systematic filing system, provide general administrative duties
– SPM or above
– Minimum 2 years of working experience in secretary or administrative job function or equivalent
– Competent in Microsoft Office applications
– Good Command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Mature, multi-tasking and possess a good working attitude.
– Operate assigned company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
– Perform ad hoc task and despatch duties as and when required.
– Candidate must complete secondary school and possess a valid driving license with at least two years working experience as driver.
