1. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ information Technology.

– To prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for all material purchase and rental of machinery.
– To coordinate and ensure materials purchased are delivered to site in accordance to the required
delivery schedule.
– To follow up with outstanding Purchase Orders and expedite delivery to comply with site
requirements.
- To deal with vendors for any price/quantity/quality discrepancy or follow up on incomplete documents.
– To prepare relevant documents to the Accounts Department for payment.
– To maintain proper procurement filling and recording system.

Requirements:
– Diploma or its equivalent with experience.
– Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry.
