SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL)
Responsibilities :
– Monitor the progress of work at site as work schedules entirely
– Prepare and monitor daily site diary, manpower chart and site progress report
– Liaise and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants and government authorities to ensure all the works are carried out in accordance with project drawings and specifications
– Control wastage and delivery of material to work site
Requirements:
– Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical with minimum 2 years experience
– Able to communicate and relate well with the local authorities and client skills, report / paper
– Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2008 is an advantage
– Knowledge of project management software is a plus (Project / Primavera).

QUANTITY SURVEYOR / CONTRACT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities :
– Evaluate the progress claim received from the subcontractors and suppliers final account
– Measurement, taking off for on-going projects / issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
– Coordinate with project teams in administering contractual claims such as variation orders, extension of time, loss, expenses, etc.
– Attend site valuation, site meeting and preparing progress payment
– Prepare project costing / administration of contract and letter writing
Requirements:
– Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil / M&E Management or equivalent
– At least 8 – 10 years working experience for Bachelor’s Degree holder in Quantity Surveying (or more than 10 years working experience for non-Bachelor’s Degree holder)
– For Contract Executive candidate with at least Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent
– Computer literate with good command of oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Able to meet deadline, work under pressure and work independently
– Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors
– Candidates with M&E, Civil and building site experience will have an added advantage.

PLANNER
Responsibilities:
– Develop an overall master implementation program from inception to completion
– Work with project managers in setting deadlines for submission and obtaining approvals from the Authorities in respect of development order, building plans, engineering plans, CF, CCC, etc.
– Determine, monitor and review resource requirements, schedules and manpower requirements
– Analyse scheduling requests and evaluate asset availability to determine The most practical and cost efficient methods to obtain the required resources
– Resolve resource conflict problems assesses the progress against established plans and parameters
Requirements :
– Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
– Required skills : Primavera or Microsoft Project
– Proficient in written / oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– At least 3 years working experience in the related field
– Preferably Senior Executives specialising in Engineering Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent

ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
– Handle full sets of accounts, accounts reconciliations, financial reports, management reports and other financial analysis
– Prepare budgets, cash flow forecast, project costing, yearly accounts and schedule for audit purpose and tax computation for tax estimates
– Liaising with auditor, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and other regulations bodies
– Accountancy and financial compliance work inclusive of review; implement and evaluate standard operating procedures and internal control effectiveness
Requirements:
– Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
– At least 3 years working experience
– For Accountant, at least 5 – 6 years working experience
– Proficient in written / oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office application and accountancy Software, IFCA
– Member of MIA or equivalent is an advantage
– Able to work independently.

MANAGER – YAYASAN JOHAWAKI
Responsibilities :
– Coordinate, plan, manage and monitor all of activities and programmed for Yayasan Johawaki
Requirements :
– Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any other related field
– At least 3 years of working experience in education field or equivalent
– Preference will be given to those with background in education field, Counselling and Islamic studies
– Proficient in written / oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Good in communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge in accountancy field is an advantage
– Age must be above 30 years old
– Able to work independently

LAND SURVEYOR
Responsibilities :
– Plan and survey land, marking of outlines for works to be carried out
– Conduct periodic and final check on completed works to ensure the position, level and verticality are within allowance
– Coordinate with project team and conduct the survey field work as required by the projects PICs
– Carry out taking off earthwork quantity accurately
– Carry out drafting and computation of survey data accurately and with precision
Requirements :
– Possess at least a Degree in Land Surveying or equivalent
– Required skills :AutoCAD
– At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

SAFETY OFFICER
Responsibilities :
– Conduct risk assessment for the work to be performed by project team
– Investigate into non-compliance, incident and other leading indicators which could affect quality, safety & health and environmental performance
– Perform workplace orientations and training to employees, contractors and visitors
– Liaise with clients, government authorities and other interested parties on quality safety and health matters
Requirements:
– Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or any related field
– Minimum 4 – 5 years working experience in safety implementation related to NIOSH & JKKP requirement in construction sector
– Knowledge in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
– Registered with NIOSH and must possess Green Book issued by DOSH
– Preference will be given to those with good interpersonal / communication / negotiation skills to liaise with authorities
– Must possess own transport and willing to travel outstation / site.

PUBLIC RELATIONS / COORDINATING OFFICER
Responsibilities :
– Develop an overall public affairs strategies and plans, policies and procedures as well as planning and implementation of communications project for the Company and the Group
– Develop, maintain and enhance stakeholders and client relationships, internally and externally
– Lead all communications activity for the Group including corporate communications / media relations, sponsorships and events
– Represent the Group to communicate and liaise with all the external parties
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
– Minimum 6 years of working experience in the related field
– Proficient in written / oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Must possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required
– Preferably officers specialising in Public Relations of Healthcare and Hospital Services.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS)
– Design, implement and review performance management program including setting of performance objectives and measurement of performance
Requirements :
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resources Management or related field
– At least 5 years of working experience
– Good personality and proficient in written and oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and has the ability to interact both verbally and in writing with all levels
– Able to work under pressure and work independently.

COMPANY DRIVER
Responsibilities :
– Company driver, Management of the Company
– Perform record keeping as needed and up-keep the company vehicles
Requirements :
– Possess valid driving license with at least 5 years experience
– Willing to travel outstation
– Experience in driving company’s car is an advantage
