1. PROJECT MANAGER
THE JOB:
– To be part of the SIPSB team to carry out Project Management of the project.
– To draw up the Project Management procedures for approval for the remaining period of the project through occupation.
– To coordinate, monitor and prepare reports as necessary especially on project quality, progress and cost control.
– On contract basis for 3 to 4 years.
REQUIREMENTS:
i. Possess recognized tertiary degree in Engineering and/or Project Management services.
ii. Have at least 20 years experience with at least 5 years each on port engineering and project management services.
iii. Ability to write well, prepare good reports and have good interpersonal skill to deal with various parties.

2. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER TECHNICAL & SCHEDULING
THE JOB:
– To assist the project manager, especially in the project scheduling programming and monitoring aspects. Hand-on knowledge and usage of Prima Vera project management software or equivalent would be an advantage.
– On contract basis for 3 to 4 years.
REQUIREMENTS:
i. Possess a degree in Engineering and/or Construction /Project Management.

– Plan, co-ordinate, manage & monitor development activities with all relevant parties i.e. internal project teams, Architects & Consultants and Contractors.
– Attend co-ordination and site meetings to ensure that design details, quality standards, operational requirements and cost effectiveness meet Company’s and Operator’s needs and datelines.
– Able to lead and motivate project teams.
– Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, commitment and drive for excellence.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Computer literate.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction.
– At least 5 years’ experience in project management, planning & development preferably in hotel.
– Knowledge in M&E, Technical, Civil Engineering, Design & Construction.
– Experience in Building Services, E&E Systems for Hotels will be an added advantage.
