1. Position: Technical Services Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities
The jobholder is responsible for the technical preparation and the
follow-up of the embodiment phase of working parties (WP) performed on in-service aircraft related to modification embodiment (structure and
system) and entry into service of new Airbus aircraft products.

The jobholder will:
- Ensure the review of technical orders, analyze the technical feasibility of the WP and negotiate the work package content with the customer;
- Elaborate accurate planning including resources required and ensure the coordination of the activities within the Airbus engineering and quality organizations;
- Identify the necessary tooling and material for the WP;
- Launch the WP in accordance with the Technical Work Order;
- Ensure the WP follow-up either from WP place or home base;
- Ensure that deliverables are in accordance with Airbus and Regulatory procedures including Airbus Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Approval, project cost, quality and lead-time requirements;
- Manage risk by anticipating and mitigating any potential technical
issues that may prevent the on time, on cost and on quality delivery of the project.

Job Requirements
- A good recognized University Degree in any science or engineering fields with 5 years working experience.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance in airline or MRO technical offices
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and structure.
- Good knowledge in Part 145 regulations.
- Able to set-up work package definition and relevant planning with associated resources.
- Must be available and flexible to travel internationally, on a regular basis
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

2. Position: Team Leader
(Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – B1 or B2)
Job Responsibilities
The jobholder will be travelling to various countries on a regular basis to carry out repairs and modifications, along with the Entry into Service support for the Airbus fleet, managing a working party team and releasing the aircraft back to service.

The jobholder will:
- Ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft for the work performed through the working party and sign the Certificate of Release to Service, delivering the aircraft back to the Airbus customer;
- Participate in the Working Party Preparation;
- Allocate tasks to staff according to the competence required and set daily workload targets;
- Manage the working party on site, including multi skill core team
workers and sub-contractors and coordinate with the customer on site, reviewing Working Party progress;
- Ensure completion of work within agreed down time and agreed budget.

Job Requirements
- Must hold an active EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
- Is a certifying licensed engineer on any Airbus aircraft type with a minimum of 5 years working experience.
- A team-minded approach is essential to ensure that a tight turn- around time is achieved on quality and on cost, for each task.
- Must be available and flexible to travel internationally both short and long term, on a regular basis.
- Reasonable computer skills.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

3. Position: Aircraft Mechanic
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out modifications, repairs and retrofits to the Airbus fleet world-wide, involving aircraft structures, machining, mechanical, electrical or avionic systems.

Job Requirements
- Must have completed a recognised aircraft apprenticeship with a minimum of 3 years working experience in an airline or MRO environment;
- A team-minded approach is essential to ensure that a tight turn- around time is achieved on quality and on cost for each task;
- It is essential that you are able to access and work in confined spaces such as the tail and wing tank;
- Must be available and flexible to travel internationally,both short and long term, on a regular basis;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

4. Position: Business Support Manager
Job Responsibilities
The jobholder is an integral member of the management team and will:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO;
- Coordinate, organize and plan meetings and events for the management team;
- Manage various identified resources to support employees with a wide range of issues in the work environment, which ensure that projects are managed efficiently, timely and correctly;
- Coordinate and monitor all service level agreements with external providers (HR, Finance, Facilities Management, General Procurement, Travel and IT) and ensure that they are fulfilled to agreed key performance indicators;
- Verify that the employees travel and hotel bookings with the external supplier/s are carried out in accordance to Company policies;
- Organise, monitor and record staff training and recurrent training on an appropriate system;
- Address environmental, health and safety matters;
- Produce accurate statistical, presentations and management information, as required;
- Ensures all processes are documented and accessible.

Job Requirements
- A good recognized University Degree in any field. Majors in Finance, HR or Business Administration will be advantageous
- Experience in similar positions will be good but not necessary
- A detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A friendly and warm personality
- Able to work independently and proactively.
