Regional Managers, POLISY or GROUP system
(Location: Kuala Lumpur)
You will be in-charge of CSC systems regionally. You will strategize, plan and manage the delivery of CSC systems to AXA Asia Companies. You will lead internal staff and manage external vendors to ensure the design, integration and delivery of the systems meet the business needs.
Requirements:
– Possess a Degree in Computer Science or related fields
– Minimum 20 years’ experience in IT solution delivery, with at least 5 years’ experience in the insurance/financial services field
– Experience in managing teams of technical professionals for developing and maintaining financial or insurance systems
– Minimum 8 years of working experience with CSC’s insurance systems. Working knowledge of AS/400, COBOL, CL programs and Query/400 is therefore required. Experience with CSC’s POLISY or GROUP systems would be advantageous
– Solid experience in large scale project delivery involving multiple teams, applications from both AS400 and non-AS400 platforms
– Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English
– Have good interpersonal and problem solving skills

– Possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related fields
– Minimum 12 years experience in IT solution delivery with at least 5 years in managerial role, preferably in insurance & financial services field
– Strong solution delivery management skills and experience, and a proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining systems
– Experience in managing teams of delivery professionals to ensure applications are delivered with high quality, within budget, and according to project schedule

Carigali Hess is in the early stage of project development to install a BOOSTER COMPRESSION PLATFORM, to be bridge-linked to the existing central processing facilities to help improve gas reserve recovery for sustainable gas production, and is expected to be ready to operate in 2015. In addition to the BOOSTER COMPRESSION PLATFORM, Carigali Hess is currently progressing with the development of several WELLHEAD PLATFORMS that will contribute to the overall increase of our gas production.

Implement drilling engineering expertise to assist the drilling and completion engineers in their well planning work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead drilling and completion Field Development planning activities.
– Responsible for implementing, maintaining and optimizing the technical control framework for all drilling and completion activities.
– Responsible for building good relationships with “customers”, in order to properly understand their requirements and respond with well-developed proposals and options to help them select the most appropriate solution.
