Responsibilities :
– Responsible for preparing, vetting, reviewing and negotiating all relevant documents/agreements/ contracts.

1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – INTERNAL AUDIT
Responsibilities:
To work with a team to plan, organize and carry out independent appraisal and audit of :

– Cost estimation/project budget/cash flow based on preliminary or detail design of master plan approval.
– Pre-contract and evaluation of tender and quotation process, cost planning and budget estimates.
– Management of contract pertaining to site valuation, project progress payments and certificates, variation orders and final accounts
– Post-contract site valuation, contract management and completion of project development.
– Contract management costing of project planning, implementation and handing over.

Requirements:
– Malaysian citizen

– Possess a Bachelor Degree or Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Quantity Survey or equivalent recognised by the Government from any local or abroad higher learning institution in related field of study or qualification in related field of study which is recognised by the Government.
– Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Government.
– Member of Board of Quantity Surveyor Malaysia (BQSM) will have added advantage.
– Minimum 4 – 8 years of contract administration experience in the related field.

– Execution of township master plan as against actual progress on site
– Execution of infrastructure construction plan as against progress on site

– Compliance to rules and regulations of local authorities
– Construction designs proposed by consultants
– Construction methods adheres to best engineering practices and uniform building by law standards
– Construction materials adheres to agreed specifications
– Ease of use and cost efficiency to maintain structures and facilities that are to be developed and constructed
– Adherence to best practices in construction project management

Requirements:
– Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical or Electrical) Building or equivalent which is recognised by the Government. Member of Board of Engineers (BEM) Institute of Engineers (IEM) will have added advantage

– Familiar with Uniform Building By Laws standards
– Good knowledge of best engineering and project management practices and principles.

3. ASSISTANT MANAGER DEPUTY MANAGER – INTERNAL AUDIT
Responsibilities:
– Reporting to the Audit Manager
– You will be responsible for both financial and operational audit based on approved audit plan of the group operations.The IAD adopts a risk-based auditing approach and is guided by the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit set by IIA.
– Develop audit programs and execute risk-based audits to review and identify financial and operational risks associated with investment and provision of public services activities.
– Provide internal control assurance by conducting review of the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance to policies and procedures, and consulting services to add value and improve operations
– Identify internal control weaknesses and deliver practical, cost effective and value-added recommendations to the Management.

Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree or equivalent Professional Qualifications in Accounting Finance Business Studies Law or fields related thereto which is recognised by the Government.
Those with professional qualifications or certifications (ACCA/ ICAEW/ MICPA/CIMA/CPA/CIA/CISA) will have added advantage.
– At least 3 – 5 years working experience in construction property organization(s)/legal firm or working experience with Big 4 accounting firm in related fields.
– Knowledge of risk management and corporate governance will be an added advantage.
– Possess experience in reviewing agreements (eg. Investment Agreements such as purchase and lease of buildings domestically and globally, financing documents, shareholders agreement, procurement contracts, and etc) will be an added advantage.
– Demonstrates a good understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in applying auditing standards.
– High integrity with strong analytical, result oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
– Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.
– Good report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
– Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English language.

4. ACCOUNTS OFFICER – INTERNAL AUDIT
Responsibilities:
– Reporting to the Audit Manager
– Able to identify key risk auditable areas
– Able to develop audit programs and audit plan based on the auditable areas
– Able to perform special audit when necessary
– Able to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
– Prepare internal audit reports and other related documents.

Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Law or equivalent qualifications LCCI higher or Part Professional (ACCA/CIMA/CISA) qualification which is recognised by the Government
– Familiar with IFRS, some knowledge in Malaysia Company Acts and Taxation
– Have a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
– Able to multitask, result-oriented and work well independently
– Analytical, good problem solving skills, mature, attentive to details and organized
– Experience dealing with government agencies would be an advantage
– Competent in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel and Accounting software
– Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
