– Knowledge and experience to prepare WPS qualification activities and conduct WQT on welders including interpretation of non-destructive testing and mechanical test results.

The research in the School is multi-disciplinary and includes aspects of nutritional and environmental sciences, biotechnology, plant and crop sciences. HEAD OF SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS

The Head of School will initially manage a team of six staff (with further appointments planned) and will be responsible for the delivery of the undergraduate programme in BSc Economics. The Head will also be responsible for the introduction of jointly-supervised PhD programmes and for implementation of any further undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Candidates should be educated to doctoral level. A good research publication record is essential, as is experience of administration or management in higher education. Appointment at full professor level will be considered for a particularly well qualified candidate.

The Job Responsibilities :

To develop competencies and work system for a team of service engineers and manage deployment for service works which include:
– Tests & Commissioning
– Validation
– Troubleshooting
– Refurbishment
– Calibration & Recertification

For the following supplied O&G metering/measurement installation at onshore/offshore sites:
– Full metering skid and system including PT/TT, cablings and control panels.

Job Requirements:

– Degree/Diploma in Engineering or other related qualifications
– Minimum 5 years hands on working experience in Oil & Gas Servicing onshore and offshore
– Preferably have encountered Oil & Gas metering/ measurement systems and instruments
– Exhibits professional maturity and leadership

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE

The Job Responsibilities :

– Responsible for new, renewal, extension of scope applications of licences, registration and permits with statutory bodies such as PETRONAS, CIDB, MOF, EC, GMB, NIOSH, TNB, DOSH, FELDA and MINDEF
– Liaison with government authorities as and when required
– Manage records to ensure all related licenses, registration and permits are valid and to arrange for timely renewal
– Register new or renew vendors/suppliers registration with potential customers especially in the Oil & Gas industry
– Support and perform any other related administrative assignments

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
– Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry, including experience and/or exposure in Operations, Legal, Contracts and Finance
– Must be able to work under tight deadlines
– Knowledge in Companies Act, PETRONAS SUS, e-Perolehan, TNB SUS and other online registration system is an added advantage
