About Your Job
As Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for all operational and service delivery aspects of the Contact Centre and the achievement of agreed service levels.
You will develop, manage, coordinate and implement policies and procedures through close monitoring of operations and sales revenue in order to establish the Greater China Customer Contact Centre as a quality service provider and to generate revenue for the airline.
In this role, you will monitor performance against agreed goals and KPIs in the areas of call quality, attendance, schedule adherence along with the measurable aspects of Contact Centre operations including average handling time, number of calls handled, lost call ratio, sales conversion etc.
