Assistant Vice President, Roadside Assistance (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure profit objectives are met
- Comply with prevailing rules and regulations set by the authorities
- Ensure operations of the company is in line with the group
- Ensure the service team (call centre & breakdown assistance personnel) provide quality service and in the most efficient and professional manner
- Management practices aligned with Zurich basics.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

Position : Reservations & Ticketing Agent

Job Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for creating passenger booking over the telephone on the Amadeus system, modify booking when any changes are made. Action scheduled changes in the passenger itinerary, action seat confirmations, managing the ‘Assist desk’ and pre-flight check handling.
To acquire the necessary skills and requirement in the reservations/ticketing environment, communication & interpersonal skill with the objective to position RB as a warm and professional international airline with the highest level of customer service.

Qualification / Requirements :

SPM or higher and good command of spoken and written English / Bahasa Malaysia.
Certificate / Diploma in Airline Ticketing & Reservations is at an added advantage.
Knowledge with basic fare computation and reservation / ticketing background.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience with Airlines or similar industry.
Fresh graduate / entry level applications are encouraged to apply.
