SARAWAK GAS SUBSURFACE TEAM LEADER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Responsible for maximizing the value of the Sarawak assets (SK Gas Project consisting of six fields) through implementation of the approved field development plans with optimization of well placement and production / injection targets.
– Oversight of all remodeling studies, reservoir and production modeling studies, final well path and location design, and reservoir surveillance activities.
– Manage all day to day activities for the SK Gas Project fields with the goal of maximizing value through effective hydrocarbon extraction.
– Oversee the production surveillance and diagnostic techniques that maximize well and reservoir performance, promoting application and implementation of best practices and enhance the existing production portfolio while working closely with the production operations department.
– Working closely with the other Head of Departments to insure that drilling completions and workovers achieve production goals and are implemented in a seamless manner.
– Liaison with PARTNER to insure the company’s interests, and operating objectives are achieved.
– Supervise the entire subsurface team associated with the SK Gas Project fields.
– Review and approve all reservoir engineering, geological modeling and petrophysical interpretation specifications, third party work programs and procedures for reservoir characterization.
– Input into annual reserves evaluation process.
– Provide management support information for the compilation of regular progress reports, project status, reserves and development option reviews.

Qualifications and Experience:
– Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology with minimum 2 years experience leading a multi-discipline subsurface team. Experience should include oversight of geological and reservoir modeling techniques along with a significant amount of time spent implementing and optimizing gas field management activities. An advanced technical or business degree is highly desired.

– Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with experience in multi-field gas development projects.
– Demonstrated experience in preparing production and reserves forecasts, management reports, financial and economic assessments.
– Experienced in reserves analysis based on volumetrics, decline analysis, material balance and reservoir simulation.
– Team Leader will be an intelligent, energetic, dedicated and driven individual.
– Must be an articulate, organized, disciplined individual with reputation for integrity and sound business judgment.
– Strong computing skills, knowledge in working with PETREL, ECLIPSE, Saphir, GAP-Prosper-MBAL and Microsoft Office.
– Fluent in English-written and spoken.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (VEHICLES & FACILITIES)
Principal Accountabilities:
– Responsible for assisting the Senior Admin Executive in providing office administrative support and services.
– Coordinate with contractor on car rental and services of company vehicles for Kuala Lumpur, Bintulu & Labuan offices.
– Coordinate with contractor on maintenance and servicing, repairs and breakdown services for company vehicles.
– Coordinate with contractor on pick up, transfer and support services for company vehicles.
– Upkeep the general periodical cleaning, maintenance and servicing of company vehicles.
– Verify and process all invoices for periodical payments.
– Liaise with JPJ, Puspakom, insurance company, police & relevant authorities on car related matters.
– Process monthly petrol billings, toll cards, smart cards and expenses claims for company vehicles.
– Coordinate with parking management on monthly parking requirements, invoicing and payments.
– Assist Senior Admin Executive on car and drivers requirements and support services.
– Assist in tender plan for car rental services. Work with procurement personnel on car rental contracts and requirements.
– Assist the Senior Admin Executive on office facilities requirements such as preventive maintenance, office asset maintenance and renovation.
– Coordinate and monitors office electrical equipment (FCU, CRAG, UPS and Leak Detection) servicing schedules with contractors.
– Inspect on site renovation works on weekends and after office hours.
– Coordinate and liaise with building management on office maintenance schedules such as power shutdown, AHU servicing and office common area upkeep.
– Administer and coordinate expat housing matters.
– Assist in office maintenance programs and services.
Qualifications & Experience & Requirements:
– Minimum of Diploma or Degree qualification.
– Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably from oil & gas industry.
– Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Able to use Microsoft Office programs, i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and Lotus Notes.

DRILLING TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR
Principal Accountabilities:
– Supervise and monitor the duties of the Drilling Technicians.
– Supervise and monitor drilling technicians work performance for quarterly review with Drilling Services Team Leader.
– Develop invoice processing workflow and KPI to improve turnaround time.
– Focal point to liaise with Finance and Tax Departments to ensure that the Drilling Technicians complies with company’s finance requirements, and perform reporting functions as required.
– Monitor and track drilling contracts ACV usage.
– Manage work distribution for the Drilling Technicians.
– Interface with Shelf/Shallow Water and Deepwater Drilling Team members.
Qualification and Experience:
– Minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
– Minimum 5 years relevant experience with an oil and gas operator / Production Sharing Contractors in Malaysia in Accounts Payable or as a Buyer.
– Good Personal Computer skills are required (MS Excel, Word

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Principal Accountabilities:
– Provide technical input with the details design, engineering and specifications of Piping & Static Mechanical Equipment used on the onshore / offshore process facilities.
– Review design, vendor and procurement data with focus on constructability, delivery, schedule, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
– Minimum 10 to 15 working experience in oil & gas related Engineering and Design.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Support Senior Engineers, Project Engineer, Facilities Engineer and Project Manager.
– Responsible to expedite all mechanical works as assigned.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
– Minimum 5 to 10 year experience in Engineering or Construction organization in the oil & gas industry.

CONSTRUCTION CSR
Principal Accountabilities:
– Assigned as Construction CSR under Site Construction Team during the execution of the projects such as jacket and topsides fabrication, under the guidance of the Project Manager and Project Engineers.
– Provides construction engineering support to the Onshore and Offshore team under the guidance of the Onshore Fabrication Lead.
Qualification and Experience:
– Qualified Mechanical, Structural or Civil Engineer with at least 15 years working experience in project management, OR a minimum of 15 years of solid construction experience in the oil & gas industry.
– Have the ability to organize and direct construction management activities with minimal supervision.

– Degree / Diploma in an Engineering related Discipline.
– Minimum 12 to 15 years of working experience in oil & gas facilities commissioning with recent experience in a supervisory capacity.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Principal Accountabilities:
– Assisting Project Management Team and Procurement in selecting the most competitive contracting strategies for Development Project tenders / contracts assigned in accordance with Company and Partner tender requirements.
– Providing major input to terms and conditions and preparing Contract Road Maps to Procurement Department for all Project tenders to obtain most competitive bids and to protect interest of Company and Partner.
– Developing major tender documents such as scope of works and compensation strategy to obtain most competitive bid prices.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in engineering related discipline, or other discipline acceptable by Company with years of experience recognized by Company.
– Minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant experience in upstream oil & gas project management.
– A sound knowledge of Partner Tenders and Contracts Procedures.

MATERIALS & MARINE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (Bintulu Based)
Principal Accountabilities:
– Manage Project’s Materials / Logistics support team.
– Reporting to the Offshore Installation & Hook up Project Manager.
– Interface with the Operations Logistics Group on shipments vessel usage, warehousing and storage needs.
– Supervise and coordinate of the project material controllers and Bintulu support team.
– Coordinate shipment and storage of Project specific materials for facilities and pipelines.
Qualification and Experience:
– Diploma in related discipline.
– Minimum of 8 years working experience in logistics, preferably oil & gas related.

SENIOR AREA ENGINEER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Responsible to provide support to Development Management Team with the Partner interface and general management matters in shallow water blocks.
– Monitor and report status and overview on all field development planning and project developments progress and issues at hand, through a matrix of disciplines in the field development planning team, project management teams, engineering, construction, installation, hook-up and commissioning, technical integrity, project controls, and other supporting departments.
Qualification and Experience:
– B.Sc. in Engineering, or relevant Degree / Diploma with recognized experience in oil & gas.
– Minimum 7 years of working experience in oil and gas industry or in similar role in other industries, with relevant project management, services or interface experience.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERS
Principal Accountabilities:
– Involved in implementation of new oil & gas development drilling / development projects.
– Liaising and interfacing with Engineering & Fabrication Contractors from Conceptual / FEED and Detailed engineering to provide inputs for the preparation of required submissions such as EIA, ADP, Milestone Reviews, FDP, and FIR for new oil & gas developments.
Qualification and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering Degree.
– Minimum 10 to 12 years working experience, preferably registered Professional Engineer.

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Principal Accountabilities:
– Involved in implementation of new oil & gas development drilling / development opportunities and other new integrated oil & gas development plans.
– Cooperate with the Exploration, Subsurface, Surface, Projects and Drilling groups; coordinate the preparation of required submissions such as ADP, Milestone Reviews, FDP, and FIR for new oil & gas developments.
Qualification and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum or similar Engineering Degree.
– Minimum of 10 to 12 years industry experience with proven track record in planning, appraisal / development drilling, reservoir or field development, projects management and execution, producing field management.

SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
Principal Accountabilities:
– Provide technical input with the details design, engineering and specifications of Structural Facilities used on the onshore facility and offshore platforms.
– Able to organize, supervise, co-ordinate and control contractor design team in order to ascertain that the Offshore Platforms are designed and built in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, cost and schedule, utilizing good and safe industry practices.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent with extensive experience.
– Minimum 10 to 15 years of working experience in oil & gas related Engineering & Design and Management of Design Teams.
