1. Front Office Assistant
-Taking room reservation for all guests.
-Greet and assist to the best abilities upon guest arrival.
-Check in and check out guest in a prompt manner.
2. F&B Captain/ Waiter/Waitress
-Assist the senior waiter in the side station set up and according to his/her order.
-To attend the daily briefing.
-Responsible for the receiving, greeting and seating of guests.
-Remove dirty plates and dishes from the guest table.
-Responsible for taking guest order for food and beverage and serving them.
-Making KOT/BOT for food and beverage ordered by the guest.
-Wiping of cutlery, glasses, plates for efficient serve and stock.
-Presenting the guest bill, when asked by the guest.
-Keeping proper stock of serve equipment in side station.
3. Sales Executive
-Accountable for sales turnover by aggressively generating new markets, clients to achieve sales target.
-Maintain and enhance business relations with current and potential customers.
-To liaise with associates of all related departments within the Hotel to meet function requirements.
4. Account Executive
-Responsible for overall Accounts Department of the Hotel. Ensure all Reports timely prepared and properly, accurately, promptly prepared and any discrepancy, highlighted to the management.
-Responsible for the total operation of the Purchasing Stores including the organization of spaces, planning and par levels of all stores items.
-Responsible for the ordering of all supply items, including food and beverage whenever necessary.
-Supervise the preparation of the monthly Accounts Receivable Ageing Analysis, and assist the Account Clerk (AR) regarding overdue accounting for necessary action to be taken.
