Associate (Marketing and Communications)
– Development of Yayasan Sejahtera’s print communications including the annual report (writing and editing, if needed), marketing collateral materials and electronic communications including Yayasan Sejahtera’s website and new media; manage relationships with associated vendors;
– Manage press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding Yayasan Sejahtera’s programmes, special events, public announcements, and other projects

Associate (Programme Management Office)
– Organise and participate in the formulation of projects/programmes required for the implementation.
– Draft programme/project revisions including adjusting individual programme/project budgets on the basis of changes in work plans; prepare periodic budget revisions based on delivery targets.
– Provide financial and substantive monitoring and evaluation of projects, identify operation and financial problems, and development of solutions.

Yayasan Tan Sri Lee Shin Cheng is a non-profit organization initiated by the founder ofthe IOI Group, which is a large and reputable public listed group. IOI Group’s core industries comprises oil palm plantations, resource-based manufacturing such as refineries, oleo-chemicals and specialty oils and fats, as well as property development. We invite applications from qualified Malaysian citizens who have obtained admission into the first or second year of undergraduate study in local public and private universities for the following disciplines:

Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
– Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture/Plantation Management*
– Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical & Instrumental)
– Building Technology/Property/Estate/Real Estate Management
– Chemistry

Scholarship recipients will be required to serve the IOI Group upon graduation at various locations in Malaysia.

Undergraduate Academic Requirements:
– STPM/A Level – minimum 2As
– Unified Examination of Chinese Schools (UEC-SM3)
– Foundation – CGPA of minimum 3.5
– Australian TER – minimum 90.0
– First/Second year undergraduates must have a current CGPA of at least 3.3, Upper Second-Class Honours or equivalent
– Special consideration will be granted to applicants for Agriculture/Forestry

Other Criteria:
– Applicants must also possess outstanding co~curricular achievements and leadership qualities.
– Be willing to serve an employment bond with IOI Group upon successful completion of studies.
– Must not be receiving any forms of scholarships from other organizations and be free of any future employment obligations.
– Those currently pursuing Foundation studies and Pre-Degree Program are not eligible to apply.

1) Programme Director
Responsibilities:
Serves as Head of Programme Management Division reporting to the Executive Trustee. This is a critical position in driving the development and implementation of the YATSP.

Requirements:
– Tertiary education in any field
– Eight or more years in a managerial or leadership or programme management capacity.
– Preferably with working experience in Education field.
– Demonstrable skills and knowledge in developing and managing multi-stakeholders including Government, corporates, professionals and public
– Ability and inclination to provide leadership, counsel, motivation and constructive performance reviews to staff at all levels and securing their respective commitments to the Foundation’s goals.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
– Tertiary education in any field.
– Five or more years in a marketing managerial or leadership position, preferably with knowledge of Education field.
– Highly skilled in effective, clear and persuasive oral and written communication to individuals and groups in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Ability and inclination to manage a team and work across teams.
– Demonstrable skills and knowledge in developing and managing stakeholders.

3) Sponsorship Management & Programme
Development Officers
Responsibilities:
Serves as officer for Sponsorship Management , Programme Development or Implementation Management.

Requirements:
– Tertiary education in any field.
– Less than five years of working experience.
– Must be passionate about education field.
– Must want to learn, has a steep learning curve and independent.
– Preferably possessing project management skills.
